Today I opened my new curling iron (thanks, Mom) and was looking at the instructions. Don't ask why - I always glance through these kinds of instructions to see if there's anything useful. There never is, and these were no exception, but I came across this piece of amazing cautionary wisdom:This appliance may have a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
. . .
Defeat? (Megan puts away the sword and shield she had ready to battle against said safety feature.)
Shoot.

HA HA HA! In a land where miss-sized curling iron plugs are on the verge of seizing control of the dynasty, only one can step forward to defeat the foe once and for all... but will the great Megan be ready to face such a challenging enemy as Lord Polarize? Only Megan will have the skill to pull his plug, and save a nation.
